New Customers

New customers are required to authorize a $50.00 payment on their credit card, prior to booking their appointment. Your card is only charged $50.00 if you do not show up for the appointment.

Senior Pet Form

Any dog over 12 years (depending on the breed) has to sign a senior pet form.

Matted Dog Release Form

Any pet that comes in with matted hair or tangles and the groomer has to shave the pet, the owner must sign a form. While we use extreme caution while shaving we have to use a blade that will get under the mats and therefore can become dangerous especially working on live animals. Sometimes there is irritation already under all the matting as the skin isn’t allowed to breathe. It is very important that owners know the risk and work with us to establish a grooming schedule so this won’t happen again. Regular grooming is essential in the overall health of your pet.

Cancellation Policy

We have been experiencing a high volume of no shows, last minute cancellations and late arrivals. In an effort to accommodate all of our clients please call within 24 hours of your appointment. If you're 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be cancelled due to time restraints and scheduling conflicts. If you do not call within 24 hours or do not show up you will be required to pay for that appointment before scheduling your next appointment. We appreciate your consideration. Thank You!

Late Pick Up Policy

We understand situations arise and you may have a conflict picking up your pet after closing. We are happy to make special arrangements with you. Beginning December 1, 2022 you will be charged $1.00 a minute for late pick-ups after 5:00 p.m. unless special arrangements are made at the time the appointment is scheduled.
